My name is Quentin Semenol. I’m 17. I come from France. I came to Canada to do an internship of one mouth at CPF (Canadian Parents for French). My hobbies are sport, music and to travel. Mon nom est Quentin Semenol. J’ai 17 ans, je viens de France. Je suis venu au Canada pour faire un stage d’un mois au PCF (les Canadian Parents for français). Mes hobbies sont le sport, la musique et de voyager.
Bonjour à tous! My name is Erin MacDonald. I am a tried and true Cape Bretoner. I started with French when I was 12 years old, and have been learning ever since. I pursued a Bachelor of Arts with a major in French, and a Bachelor of Education at Université Sainte-Anne, and have since graduated with my teaching license. French has always had a huge influence on my decisions and I am glad those decisions have led me to this organization which promotes French second language learning amongst young Canadians today. I was privileged enough to have worked with Canadian Parents for French two years ago as Camp Coordinator. I have now returned to this position and am looking forward to a fantastic summer working with CPF!
Je m’appelle Erin MacDonald et je suis originaire de l’Île de Cap-Breton. J’apprends le français depuis l’âge de 12, et mon acquisition de cette langue magnifique est continuelle. En 2007, j’ai décidé de poursuivre mes études en français, et je me suis inscrite dans les cours à l’Université Sainte-Anne. Je viens d’obtenir mon Baccalauréat en Arts, majeure en français langue seconde, et mon Baccalauréat en éducation. L’importance de l’acquisition du français m’a guidée dans la plupart de mes décisions personnelles et professionnelles. En effet, en travaillant pour cette organisation qui promeut l’usage et l’apprentissage du français, j’aurai l’occasion de parler aux parents et aux élèves des bénéfices associés au bilinguisme. J’ai hâte de débuter l’été et les camps de CPF!
My name is Danielle Landry. I am a 20 year old, third year university student at AcadiaUniversity. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. My interest in French came from my Acadian father and all of my relatives. Outside of work and school, I enjoy music, playing guitar and shopping. This is my first year here, and I am looking very forward to spending my summer with Canadian Parents for French!
